Venue Rental Options

Whole Venue (Includes Ann Hall, Tara Hall, Bridal Suite, and Groom Suite):

  • 8-hour rental: Starting at $3200

  • All-day rental (7 AM - 12 AM): Starting at $3750

  • 5-hour rental: $3000

  • Two-day rental: Starting at $8500

Tara Hall (250 Guest Capacity):

  • 5-hour rental: Starting at $1300

  • 8-hour rental: Starting at $1600

  • All-day rental: Starting at $2650

  • Two-day rental: Starting at $5100

Ann Hall (150 Guest Capacity):

  • 5-hour rental: Starting at $1150

  • 8-hour rental: Starting at $1350

Standard Decor Package ($500+)

  • Table linens in basic colors (white, black, or ivory)

  • Basic centerpieces (glass vases with faux florals)

  • Basic chair covers

Deluxe Decor Package ($750+)

  • Upgraded linens (satin or sequins)

  • Premium chair covers and sashes

  • Elegant floral centerpieces (real flowers available)

  • Candle accents and table runners

  • Basic backdrop (up to 10 feet)

Premium Decor Package ($1250+)

  • Custom color scheme with luxury linens

  • Chiavari chairs or premium seating options

  • Elevated floral arrangements and additional accents (real florals)

  • Premium backdrops with uplighting (up to 16 feet)

  • Specialty decor for cake and gift tables

  • Floor-length table draping

Luxury Decor Package ($2500+)

  • Custom event design consultation

  • Full floral installations (arches, centerpieces, and accents)

  • Custom-built backdrops and signage

  • Enhanced lighting design (up lights, and monogram lighting)

  • Premium specialty seating options (velvet lounge seating)

  • Floor-to-ceiling draping for walls

Additional Services

  • Catering Services: Starting at $35 per person

  • Event Coordination: Starting at $1000 (includes timeline management, vendor coordination, and day-of execution)

  • Wedding Planning: Starting at $2500 (includes full planning and vendor selection)

  • Floral Design: Starting at $500 (real florals steamed to perfection)

  • Audio/Visual Support: Starting at $300

Additional Notes

  • Security Fee: $50 per hour (mandatory for all events, includes coverage 30 minutes before and after)

  • Incidental Deposit:

    • 5-hour rental: $250

    • 8-hour rental: $350

    • All-day rental: $500

    • Two-day rental: $1500

    • High-risk events (e.g., with alcohol): Additional $250 added to the deposit.
